horizontal line About the Captain horizontal line

As a fourth generation Maine lobsterman Captain Ryan began his career hauling lobster traps by hand at the age of 5 from his family's island off of mid-coast Maine. The island has been in the family for over 150 years and continues to be their summer residence. The name of the Island will remain anonymous to preserve its serenity. Ryan began hauling for lobsters in an 8' skiff. Four boats later he now cruises the coast in a 40' fiberglass boat with 700 horsepower. expand paragraph

The Instigator & the Rockland Breakwater
Rockland is a great city, with big city attractions and a small town feel. The most distinguishable feature about Rockland is the Breakwater, a man made mass of granite slabs that extends 0.8 of a mile across the harbor protecting the city's waterfront, ship docks, and the boats moored inside. expand paragraph

The 1st Annual Rockland Boat Races
Maine Lobster boat racing is nothing new, but for Rockland residents this was the first race of its kind held in the city. expand paragraph
